Rushdina works on reinforcing and refurbishing the knowledge, skills, competencies and habits of people in the workplace which helps organizations to succeed in their professional endeavours. During her tenure of more than 12 years with several multi-nationals in Bangladesh and the United Kingdom in Sales, Customer Service, Human Resources and Training and Development, Rushdina has successfully led and developed several teams towards performance excellence.
For Rushdina, training and mentoring has always been a passion and though a full-time corporate trainer now, she pursued training as a free-lancer in addition to her full-time job responsibilities all along during her early career. Rushdina has delivered more than 600 training and mentoring sessions so far to teams and individuals mostly on Business Communication, Customer Service Excellence, Relationship Management and Emotional Intelligence among other disciplines. Her learners have so far been from multi-national FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Financial Institutions, Telecommunication and Information Technology companies. She is a certified NLP practitioner and has achieved the Global Training & Development Leadership Award 2017 from World HRD Congress, Mumbai.
